### Admission

Single tickets for residents of the city of Bern cost CHF 8.00 for adults, CHF 6.40 for AHV/IV pensioners, students and apprentices up to 25 and CHF 3.80 for children aged 6 to 16; visitors from outside the city pay CHF 9.00, CHF 7.20 and CHF 4.30. Spectators enter free.

### Skates & rentals

Skate hire now needs a deposit of CHF 20.00, preferably in cash; without cash you can leave an ID card, Swisspass or driving licence, or pay the deposit by card or mobile payment at the ticket office.

The grounds, the building entrance, the lift, the toilets and the restaurant are wheelchair accessible (the showers are not), and there are two disabled parking spaces on Jubiläumsstrasse opposite the main entrance. A free Eisgleiter ice glider is available for wheelchair users.

- The rink reopens on Saturday 17 October 2026 with an open day, after a two-year renovation; the opening was first planned for 3 October and was postponed by two weeks because of cooling problems on the new concrete surface.
