### Booking & check-in

Last season the rink said reservations were not required but encouraged booking online because capacity is limited and sessions can sell out; skaters were asked to arrive 30 minutes before their session to check in and be fitted for skates.

### Skating with children

For beginners the rink offered plastic skate buddies as a rental aid last season, with rink guides on the ice to help; everyone who skates signs a waiver, and adults sign for children under 18 they accompany.

### Parking & arrival

Last season's FAQ pointed skaters to the pay lot next to the rink at 1801 Reggie White Blvd, from US$3 per hour; the rink does not control any parking lots.

### Rink rules

The ice is made by a chiller, not the weather: the rink may close if the chiller cannot keep up with warm temperatures, and it does not open when the temperature is below 20 degrees. Closures and delays are posted on the rink's Facebook page.
