A DICK'S Sporting Goods store whose page lists skate services.
DICK'S Sporting Goods Prosper
The DICK’S Sporting Goods at The Gates of Prosper is a general sporting goods store in the far north of the metro, beyond Frisco. Its store page lists skate services, which the chain says vary from store to store; the other Dallas-area DICK’S with them is in Allen.
It suits families in the northern suburbs who are buying a first pair and want it looked after where it was bought. Children’s Health StarCenter McKinney and Comerica Center in Frisco are each about eight miles away, and Allen Community Ice Rink is about ten miles to the south-east.
Call the store before bringing a pair bought elsewhere. For hockey gear and goalie equipment, Pure Hockey’s Plano store is the nearest specialist, about nine miles south.
Not stated: hockey, goalie, figure, speed / long-track, recreational & rental.
Fitting & heat molding
Fitting adjustments, free with a skate bought at the store.
