What this place is
A DICK'S Sporting Goods store whose page lists skate services.
DICK'S Sporting Goods Roseville
At Macomb Mall on Gratiot Avenue, the DICK’S Sporting Goods in Roseville is one of the east-side stores whose page lists skate services. It is a general sporting goods store, not a hockey shop.
Big Boy Arena in Fraser, with five rinks and a B&R Sports pro shop, is about two miles away, and the St. Clair Shores Civic Arena about four. Precision Blades in Grosse Pointe Woods, a sharpening specialist, is a short drive south for skaters who want a dedicated service.
New skates bought here can be looked after at the same counter; the chain says services vary by location, so call before bringing in a pair from somewhere else.
Families heading to public skating often stop on the way, and the free service with a new pair keeps that first outing simple.
Not stated: hockey, goalie, figure, speed / long-track, recreational & rental.
Fitting & heat molding
Fitting adjustments, free with a skate bought at the store.
