Mass skating, sports skating with and without sticks, two choreography halls and a hockey service
The Winter Sports Centre calls itself the only ice in the city. Its ice arena is joined by a large and a small choreography hall, a skate sharpening and repair service for hockey, goalie, figure and professional skates, a shop called Ice.Store30 stocking hockey and figure-skating brands, and a snack bar.
Its weekly grid names three kinds of session: plain mass skating, sports mass skating without sticks for confident skaters, and sports mass skating with sticks for hockey players. Sports mass skating is a 60 minute session, and people over 14 may also enter the rink without going on the ice.
The centre says its desk and skate issue open an hour before each session, so it advises arriving early to save time on the ice.
