Opened in 1983 and rebuilt in 2016-17, the hall is home to HC Lev Benešov
No public skating is posted for the next 7 days. New sessions show here as soon as the rink posts them.
Zimní stadion Benešov opened in 1983 and holds 3,000 spectators, 2,000 of them seated, and up to 6,000 for concerts. It runs almost all year round, even through the summer, and its sound-absorbing baffles give the hall very good acoustics.
The ice surface, changing rooms, washrooms, lighting and sound system were rebuilt in 2016-2017. A project running from March 2020 to December 2022 targeted a replacement of the lighting and the cooling technology.
HC Lev Benešov plays its home games here. The hall is also used by the Kraso Bene figure-skating club, schools and the BNHLH league of unregistered hockey players, and it is home to that league's tournament. On 2 August 2012 HC Sparta Praha played a friendly here against Kazakhstan's Barys Astana.
