A 30 by 60 metre sheet with a weekly public-skating timetable
No public skating is posted for the next 7 days. New sessions show here as soon as the rink posts them.
The Bilyi Bars arena at Molodizhna Street 36 was built under the state programme Khokei Ukrainy and officially opened on 7 December 2012. It passed into the ownership of the Bila Tserkva community in 2013 and is the home rink of the hockey club Bilyi Bars.
Its 1,800 square metre sheet measures 30 by 60 metres, and the building holds 375 spectators, dressing rooms for athletes and visitors, rooms for referees and coaches, a media box, a medical room, a skate-hire counter, a buffet and a video-goal system. About 300 children train in the figure-skating and hockey sections.
Public skating shares the ice with those sections and runs to a timetable by sessions, which the arena posts on its site week by week. The visiting rules also say that staff let visitors who wish go to the shelter during an air-raid alert, so check the week's schedule before you set out.
