Gagarin Lyod, which the regional sports centre calls a covered training rink with artificial ice, opened in Blagoveshchensk on 17 October 2025. It stands on the campus of the Amur State University, and construction began in September 2022 under the federal Priority 2030 programme. The complex covers about 4,300 square metres.
It has a 56 by 26 metre ice sheet, stands for 300 spectators, changing rooms, coaches' and referees' rooms, a medical room and a radio booth, together with rooms where skates are handled and sharpened, which makes the arena practical for skaters who arrive without equipment.
The arena is at Studencheskaya Street 21/9, and the regional sports centre suggests two convenient ways to reach it by public transport: buses 8, 38 and 38A to the AmGU stop, or buses 2K, 8, 11, 38 and 38A to the Studencheskaya stop. Before you go, check the official page, because no session timetable is posted there at the moment.
