Built for the 1994 Ice Hockey World Championships; the home arena of Hockey Club Bolzano
No public skating is posted for the next 7 days. New sessions show here as soon as the rink posts them.
The Sparkasse Arena in Bolzano was built for the 1994 Ice Hockey World Championships. Hockey Club Bolzano plays its home games here, and the arena also stages events for the town's figure skating and speed skating clubs.
The ice sits at level -1, 4.65 metres below ground, and measures 30 by 60 metres. It can be turned quickly from hockey to public or figure skating or to a show. The hall covers more than 1800 square metres and seats up to 7,000 on fixed and mobile stands. For public skating the arena sets aside a large changing room, a first-aid room and a bar open to the public.
Outside ice sports, its calendar has listed an ice hockey world championship in April 2024, a Bryan Adams concert in November 2024 and Laura Pausini's world tour in January 2024.
