Home of HC Pustertal and South Tyrol's only curling hall
The Intercable Arena in Bruneck is the home rink of HC Pustertal, a club founded as EV Bruneck in 1954 that spent more than 60 years at the Rienzstadion. Since summer 2025 it has been called HC Falkensteiner Pustertal.
The arena seats 3,100 spectators and has two ice sheets, each of the international 60 by 30 metre standard. The two sheets serve ice hockey, figure skating and ice-stock shooting, and beside them sits South Tyrol's first and only curling hall, with two lanes of Olympic size. The building has 234 rooms and 15 changing rooms for its clubs and visiting teams.
Other clubs share the building. HC Pustertal Junior teaches children and young people hockey, and the PusterIce Club, founded in 2006, develops young figure skaters. The curling club, ASC Curling Südtirol, is the merger of the Curling Club Niederdorf and the Curling Club Klausen.
