FOK Oka is one of the largest sports facilities in Dzerzhinsk, in the Nizhny Novgorod region. It opened on 16 October 2009 on the bank of the Oka river and is run by a municipal sports school whose founder is the city district.
The covered ice arena is a standard 30 by 60 metre hockey rink with an ice area of 1,800 square metres and 154 seats in the stands. It lets hockey and figure skating be trained and competed all year round, and it is the home rink of a hockey team and of figure skaters.
Beside the ice the complex has a swimming pool, a climbing wall, a three-dimensional cinema, a salt cave and a sailing site on Lake Svyatoe. On skating weekends the rink runs evening sessions with music.
