Kauno ledo rūmai is a multi-purpose winter sports complex in the Gričiupis district of Kaunas, next to the Girstutis culture and sports centre. Of its two sheets, one is used for training and the other, 27 by 60 metres, for competitions, with 800 seats at one and about 100 at the other, in a building of almost 8,800 square metres.
The arena was officially opened on 1 March 2022 with an exhibition match between Kaunas City and Vilnius Hockey Punks, after being built by the company Autokausta. Finished in early 2021, it first served as the largest vaccination centre in Kaunas and in the country during the Covid-19 pandemic. The building meets the A+ energy class standard and has environmentally friendly geothermal heating.
Kaunas City, the city's representative team and Lithuanian ice hockey champion for 2022-23, is its home team, and public skating sessions run on both sheets.
