The Stadtwerke Eislaufbahn Lübben is a 450 square metre rink on the Marktplatz, where the square turns into a winter landscape for ice-skating fans. The town of Lübben (Spreewald) hosts it together with its Adventsmarkt, and it is organised by the event company Nachtflug Eventproduktion.
Last winter's rink opened on 28 November 2025 at 16:00 with the mayor Jens Richter, the head of the town's utility company Alexander Boldt, the sponsor Karsten Liebsch and the organiser André Matthes. At weekends party specials added extra skating fun, with a children's disco on 20 December, a Glühweinmeile on 27 December and a New Year's Eve gala for ticket holders only.
Schools can also arrange to use the rink exclusively, outside the normal opening hours, by contacting the organiser.

The organiser's page for the 2025/26 market-square rink (28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026) lists a one-hour ticket at €4.50 and a reduced ticket at €3.50; it says these prices refer to that past edition.
