The Ice Palace of Minsk Region on Pritytskogo Street was commissioned in February 1999 as the home of the Keramin hockey club in the Belarusian top league. Its stands run in an L shape and seat 1,823 spectators, and the hockey rink can be converted into a floor for other games sports or a stage for concerts.
In April 2004 it staged matches of the World Junior Championship top division. In 2005 it was merged with a youth sports school, and in 2010 it was attached to the Yunost-Minsk hockey club. Today it is the home arena of the Minsk youth hockey school's teams of the Dynamo society.
Public skating runs in one-hour evening sessions, posted a week at a time with exact dates; some sessions are run as a disco with extra lighting and video. Prices depend on session length and rise slightly at weekends, and the timetable warns that changes are possible during the week.

A mass-skating ticket costs BYN 7 for adults and BYN 5 for children aged 3 to 14 for 45 minutes, BYN 9 and BYN 7 for 60 minutes and BYN 11 and BYN 9 for 75 minutes; at weekends and on holidays it is BYN 8 and BYN 6 (45 minutes) and BYN 10 and BYN 8 (60 minutes). Children under 3 are free, a spectator pays BYN 1.50 and skate hire is BYN 4.50 for 45 minutes or BYN 5 for 60 minutes.
Booking, buying or ordering public skating tickets in advance is not offered; tickets are sold on the day of the session at the palace ticket office or on the website. On Fridays and Saturdays the palace runs advance sales of weekend tickets.
