A club-driven ice centre by the Möhnesee with an Eisdisco for all ages

The Eissportzentrum Möhnesee is shared by several ice-sport clubs: the Soester Eishockey-Gemeinschaft Die Bördeindianer, the Eissport- und Shorttrack-Verein Möhnesee-Soest, the Schlittschuh-Club Möhnesee and the ESC Icebreaker Soest. On Thursdays the ice is reserved for club sport.

Its calendar includes the Nikolauspokal in December and the Deutschlandcup Short Track in February. The Eisdisco without an age limit simply belongs to the programme, and the cosy, warm hall catering is a good setting for company and Christmas parties.

Because not every visitor is a perfect skater, the hall advises sturdy gloves and helmets, especially for children, and young people under 16 must have left the hall by 22:00 under the youth protection law. Public skating takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, and on Fridays there is a disco for everyone.
