Booking & check-in
No reservation is needed to skate at the City of Laval's municipal arenas (other than the Complexe sportif Guimond and Place Bell, which require online booking), except for groups and for some free sessions during school break and the holidays.
The City's free-skating rules strongly recommend that beginners wear a helmet and gloves and that an adult accompany young children; strollers are not allowed without authorization.
