IJsclub Ouddorp was founded on 11 December 1921 and is a club of about 1,200 members. Its rink, on natural ice, measures 200 by 75 metres.
Between 1 November and 1 March the club informs visitors about the state of the rink on its website, and the rink is closed on Sundays. You can join for the winter season until 1 December.
The club's news shows that its life continues beyond skating: its second ice hockey match was a great success, with twice as many participants as the week before, and the board wished everybody a good new year. Every spring comes the annual members' meeting, at the clubhouse on the Hofdijksweg, where the club provides coffee and something tasty.
