A state sports-school arena that posts a week of occupation and sets aside a few mass-skating sessions
The Pskov Ice Palace stands in Borisovichi, just outside the city, and is run by the Olimp Olympic reserve sports school, a state institution of the Pskov Oblast Ministry of Sport. Besides the ice arena it has a choreography hall, a table tennis hall, a hockey hall, a conference hall and the Shaiba cafe.
The arena posts its occupation week by week, and most hours go to figure skating and hockey groups, regional hockey league games and tournaments. The week of 5 to 11 October held a regional figure skating festival called Autumn 2026, regional competitions called Autumn Meetings and a regional hockey championship for players over 50.
Public mass-skating sessions are fitted between this training, with daytime, evening and weekend prices.
