Public skating on 1,496 square metres of ice, with an open-air rink in winter
Titan is a covered ice arena in Surgut that works all year round: the operator says its ice is kept 365 days a year, with flooding and upkeep after each busy session. The sheet measures 1,496 square metres, and the arena has five roomy dressing rooms and room for up to 120 people on the ice.
It describes itself as the main training base in Surgut, with a hockey section for children from the age of 3 and figure skating groups for children, and it invites families, friends and colleagues to skate on its public sessions. Supports are available for hire for those who are unsure on the ice.
In winter the arena also runs an open-air rink, open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 in a season from November to March.
