The Ice Palace is a municipal sports and leisure centre at Chapaeva 1D in Tikhoretsk, in Krasnodar Krai, about 150 km north-east of Krasnodar and 155 km south of Rostov-on-Don. It is open every day from 07:00 to midnight, and its page says up to 5,000 people visit each month.
The site posts a weekly list of one-hour skating sessions. Skates can be hired and sharpened on site, a training aid is available for beginners, and children up to 12 must be supervised by an adult. Rules for mass skating ban throwing objects on the ice, playing hockey and stepping onto the ice without skates.
The palace also has gym and cardio rooms with their own timetable, and it invites teams to book summer figure-skating and hockey training camps.
