Public skating all year round on the ice arena of the Znamya stadium in Votkinsk

The Znamya ice arena stands in the Znamya stadium grounds in Votkinsk, in Udmurtia, and opened on 29 August 2020. The covered rink measures 56 by 26 metres and is built for 410 spectators, with room for 120 people at mass-skating sessions and 50 athletes in training.
It has a scoreboard with sound and light equipment, two changing rooms for 25 people each with toilets, showers and a drying room, two more changing rooms for 15 people each with toilets and showers, and a medical room for first aid.
Hockey and figure skating are practised here, the Night Hockey League championship is played on the ice, and the arena offers public skating all year round. On the stadium next door, the football pitch is used for bandy in winter, and a second pitch serves beach football and volleyball.
