A covered rink in Wismar's Old Harbour beside the market hall, open from 30 October 2026 to 21 February 2027

The Eisbahn Wismar stands in the Alten Hafen next to the Markt- und Eventhalle and, from late October to late February, invites skaters on to its covered ice. Because of the roof, the rink says, you can skate largely independently of the winter weather, and warm and cold drinks and snacks are on offer for a break.

Beyond public skating the rink hosts ice-stock shooting, a popular winter outing for friends, families, clubs and companies, and the related Lattlschießen. Birthday parties get a separate area, school classes can use the ice for lessons and excursions by arrangement, and hockey is also part of the winter programme. Weekdays run from 14:00 to 19:00, weekends and school holidays from 10:00 to 19:00.

Entry for the 2026/27 season is €7 for adults and €5 for children, pupils, trainees and students, with ten-visit cards at €50 and €30.

Skates can be hired in sizes 25 to 50 for €5 a pair; skating aids for children cost €5 plus a deposit.
