## Freshness

- Sessions: read from each rink’s booking system as often as every 15 minutes around upcoming sessions, and from published calendars, timetables and PDFs at least once a day. Every session carries `verifiedAt`, the last time EveryRink saw it in the rink’s schedule.
- Facts and prices: re-read on the rink or operator’s official page and dated. Verified for 30 days after the check date; after that a fact is marked `due-for-recheck` and a structured price list is withheld, as on the rink pages.
- Season states: an out-of-season rink, a paused rink, or a rink whose next dates are not posted yet says so (with the source), and is never shown as having zero sessions.

## How to cite

- Cite the rink’s EveryRink page, e.g. "Center Ice Arena, EveryRink, https://everyrink.com/atlanta/center-ice-arena (accessed 2026-10-02)". Every record has `pageUrl` and a ready `citation`.
- For anything a person will act on (booking, paying, last-minute changes), also give the rink’s own link (`bookingUrl` on the rink or the session). EveryRink does not sell admission.
- Facts and prices name their official `source`; link it when you quote a price or a rule.

## Limits

- Read-only. No key, no account, no personal data. Please cache: responses are cached at the edge for about five minutes, and the data does not change faster than that.
- Be polite: at most a few requests per second, and prefer the Markdown index or one region query over crawling every rink. Bulk crawlers should follow /sitemap.xml and the .md twins.
- Only rinks and regions shown on the live site are served. Countries that have not launched on EveryRink are not served at all.
- Purchases, registrations and waivers happen on the rink’s own site, never through EveryRink.
