Play It Again Sports Brentwood
Play It Again Sports Brentwood is a locally owned, family-operated used and new sporting goods store in Suite 350 at 1701 Mallory Lane. It buys gear every day with no appointment needed, pays in cash or store credit, and carries hockey among its sports. Its Facebook page shows the same family runs the Hendersonville store.
The store’s services list gives skate sharpening at $7 for used skates and $10 for new ones, and skate baking at $20, beside glove relacing, lacrosse stringing, and delivery and assembly. A January 2022 post gave the same sharpening prices, tax included. The list does not say which blades it sharpens, the hollows it offers or how long a pair takes, so ask when you drop skates off.
Brentwood’s hours are Monday to Friday from 10 to 8, Saturday from 10 to 6 and Sunday from noon to 5, and its number is 615-661-1107. Its page says staff are trained to fit athletes in every category it sells.
