Al’s Source for Sports
Al’s is a locally owned Source for Sports store on Fairview Street in Burlington that covers hockey and lacrosse, and a player can have new skates scanned, fitted and sharpened here in one visit. The store says it fits equipment with the Pro-Formance Advantage system and has a Bauer 3D skate scanner, so it suits a family buying a first serious pair.
Its skate counter sharpens hockey skates with technicians approved for ProSharp’s system and handles profiling, alignment and new holders and runners, and the store also does team jerseys and lacrosse stringing. Bring the skates you play in now when you shop for new ones, so the fitter can compare the two.
