About 1,800 square metres of ice under a roof, with music, lights and a video wall.
Currently out of season The Eisland's page says the 2025/26 season has ended and prints prices 'ab Oktober 2026', but gives no 2026/27 opening date or hours yet, so no sessions are listed here until it does. Official schedule update
The Eisland in Hamburg-Farmsen has about 1,800 square metres of ice under a roof, kept at a hall temperature of 11 degrees. Skaters can glide, spin pirouettes and let off steam, while suitable music, atmospheric lighting effects and a large video wall provide entertainment.
Every Saturday the ice becomes a dance floor with chart hits, classics, rock, pop and house and a light and video show. A pavilion called Arktis hosts birthday parties, and the Polarstation kiosk serves currywurst, meatballs, pretzels and a wide choice of drinks.
The Eisland is run by Bäderland Hamburg, whose Eissportshop on site rents, sharpens and sells skates. Tickets for the home games of the Hamburg Crocodiles ice-hockey team are also sold there during the public sessions.
