Currently out of season The city's page says public-skating sessions are marked in yellow in the hall's booking calendar and that the skating is free; no dated sessions are printed on the page itself. Official schedule update
Mikkelin jäähalli, known as Let's go areena, stands on Kalevankangas about 1.8 kilometres from the town centre. It was renovated in 2013 to meet league standards and to host other big events, and its main users are Jukurit HC, the junior Jukurit teams and Mikkelin Luistelijat. The city's sports services rent the hall, while Jukurit HC lets the box spaces.
The hall has 2,334 seats and standing room of about 240 square metres, and besides the ice it has a 60-metre running straight, a gym hall and nine VIP boxes. The rink can be reached step-free through a service gate.
Public skating is free: the sessions are marked in yellow in the booking calendar, and they are played without sticks unless the calendar says otherwise.
