Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce's arena, opened in 2022

Centre Frameco opened on December 10, 2022, as the City of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce's new multipurpose centre. Groupe Canam of Saint-Georges designed and built it on a site between Route 173 and the town's existing arena, where clearing began in February 2021. The project cost close to $11.5 million.

The building holds a regulation-size rink with room for 600 spectators, 350 of them seated, along with seven player dressing rooms, a referees' room and a pro shop. A food-service area looks out over the ice, and the windows of the entrance hall and the 250-person multipurpose hall give wide views over the Chaudière valley.

Figure skating, minor hockey and adult hockey leagues share the ice with public skating, and storage space in the building serves local organizations and the Sport-études program of École secondaire Veilleux. The rink itself carries a sponsor's name: Patinoire Structures Saint-Joseph.
