Inaugurated in 1972: a 56 x 26 m sheet, 2,316 seats and home of the Remparts de Tours hockey club
Tours' municipal rink was inaugurated in 1972 and is part of the Centre municipal des sports, partly in the Sanitas district. Its ice measures 56 metres by 26 metres, and the stands hold 2,316 seated spectators.
The Remparts de Tours are the city's ice hockey club; they replaced the Diables noirs de Tours in 2010, and the rink is where they train and play. The Club Multi Patinage de Tours teaches figure skating and ice dance on the same ice.
The rink has hosted national events, among them the French ice dance championships in 1977, the French figure skating championships in 1979 and again in 2011, the 1993-94 Coupe de France hockey final and the 2010-11 Division 3 hockey final four.
