French law requires a site that is published in France to say who publishes and hosts it (the mentions légales). This is that notice. The French version is the reference.

Publisher

EveryRink (everyrink.com) is a free information site that gathers public skating schedules from ice rinks. It is published on a non-professional basis by an individual.

As article 1-1, II, of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 (the LCEN) provides, the publisher has given personal identification details to the site’s host, named below, and does not make them public, to keep their anonymity.

Sources, photos and intellectual property

Schedules, prices and practical information are taken from the rinks’ and their operators’ official websites, with a link to the source. Prices are the ones the rink publishes, in its currency and with its tax wording. The rink’s own information is what counts: check with the rink before you travel.

Photos are credited under each image: the name of the author or service, a link to the source and the licence where there is one. They come from operators’ websites, Wikimedia Commons or Google Maps listings. Rights stay with their owners.

The names, logos and trademarks of rinks and their operators belong to their owners. The texts and layout written for EveryRink are protected by copyright; reproducing them requires the publisher’s agreement.
