A covered rink in Zheleznodorozhny, Balashikha, open seven days a week
Orion Technopool is a covered ice arena on Pionerskaya Street in the Zheleznodorozhny district of Balashikha. It is open every day from 07:00 to 23:00, and a point on site hires and sharpens skates.
The rink posts its week in its own Telegram channel as hockey-skating sessions and sports-and-mass skating sessions, with ordinary mass-skating tickets on weekdays. All elements of figure skating are allowed in the sports sessions. Children under 18 skate hockey in full kit, and adults need a helmet and gloves.
Tickets are bought at the reception before a session, and skaters are asked to check the schedule before they come. The week posted runs from 5 to 9 October, with hockey-skating sessions in the morning and early afternoon and mass-skating sessions around midday, and a reduced children's ticket is sold for mass skating on weekdays.
