The "Ice Arena" is a covered rink inside the Yunost amusement park on Telmana Street in Kaliningrad. The rink page says it has been closed since 11 March 2026 until the next ice season, planned for November 2026.
When it runs, a session lasts one hour with a break of thirty minutes between sessions, and the number of visitors on the ice is limited. Mornings at 10:00 and 11:30 and the last session at 20:30 on ordinary weekdays carry a discount of twenty percent, and birthday visitors get the same discount on the day itself.
Skates come in sizes from 26 to 47, and children from 3 to 7 go on the ice with an adult. The rules ban sports equipment during mass skating and the entry of children under three, and tickets are sold only at the rink box office. The park says it may change opening hours, including for the weather.
