Skates & rentals

Skate rentals are available at public skate sessions. Skate sharpening is dropped off at the rink office during rink office hours, not at the rec center.

Booking & check-in

Skating is first come, first served and needs no reservation; the Department's signup form only helps it staff sessions and stock skates. Ice rink passes go on sale October 1, and guests check in at the rink office.

Helmets and protective gear are strongly encouraged but not required for public skate; stick and puck and hockey programs require full protective equipment at all times.
