Ice skating on the fourth floor in Amman
Snow City is an ice skating hall in Amman, on the fourth floor of the Mecca complex, behind the cinema. The venue's own directory lists it as an ice skating hall, shop F4-3-6, and on Instagram it presents itself as "Ice Skating Amman: Fun on Ice", with real ice and, in the words of its own posts, a real adventure.
Its posts invite visitors to come and try skating with them, and say skaters at every level, from beginner to professional, are welcome as long as they are older than four. A notice posted on 6 September says the hall closes early on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so allow for that on those days. Snow City adds that it is fully ready to host birthday parties.
The hall is part of what its owner calls the largest complex of its kind in Jordan, with more than 450 brands, children's gaming facilities and prayer rooms for men and women.
