A 2009 hockey hall that doubles as a public rink

Hamikovo is an ice hall in Hamuliakovo whose construction began in 2009. The hockey club HO Hamikovo Hamuliakovo was founded the year after the hall was finished, and the figure-skating club Kraso Hamikovo in 2010. The operator describes the winter stadium as a modern facility for all-year use, meant for hockey matches and tournaments, training, figure skating, public skating and the renting of the ice.

The rink measures 56 by 26 metres and has four plus two changing rooms with showers and toilets. Upstairs are a gym and a sports bar with a summer terrace and a small playground. During public skating the direction is anticlockwise at the start of each session, it changes only on the supervisor's instruction, skating is at the visitor's own risk, and only people aged six or over may go on the ice alone.
