Named for Francis Bouillon in 2011

Aréna Francis-Bouillon is a City of Montréal arena in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, built for hockey and figure skating. The borough decided to name it after Francis Bouillon in August 2011. Bouillon grew up in the neighbourhood and played for JSH, the organization that calls Francis-Bouillon its neighbourhood arena.

The building closed in April 2016 for a mise aux normes renovation, part of the city programme to bring all 34 municipal arenas, 40 indoor sheets in total, up to standard by 2020. The arena stayed shut for more than a year, and its inauguration followed in February 2018. The work earned the building LEED certification and added a new sound system and new changing rooms.

Figure skating here belongs to the Club de Patinage Olympique, which has offered the sport in Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve since 1976 and is based at Francis-Bouillon; its certified coaches teach Patinage Canada's Patinage Plus program. On November 15, 2024, the contemporary skating company Le Patin Libre performed its show Murmuration on this ice. The City of Montréal also reserves ice time here for public skating and for bâton-rondelle, hockey for players outside a league.
