A bandy hall and two hockey rinks, 14,000 square metres of ice run by the city
Slättbergshallen is Trollhättan's centre for ice sports, with 14,000 square metres of ice for figure skating, ice hockey, bandy, skating and school sport. The city's own culture and leisure department is the body responsible for Slättbergshallen. The name covers three ice halls, the A-hall, the B-hall and the C-hall.
The A-hall is an indoor bandy rink with a stand, and it is also well suited to long-distance skates. The B-hall is an indoor hockey hall with a stand, and the C-hall is an indoor hockey rink. The sports played here are bandy, ice hockey, figure skating, skrinning and rink bandy. The city notes that several lakes in Trollhättan have natural conditions for skating, but that it does not at present clear any outdoor rink.
