One of three SM Skating branches, with a skating academy that trains figure, speed and hockey skaters
SM Skating is run by SM Supermalls, whose pages call it the only ice skating rink in the Philippines. The Pasay branch, on level 3, is one of three branches, the others being in Mandaluyong and Cebu City, and the operator's enrolment notice names all three.
The ice also trains skaters. The Learn to Skate programme is now officially part of the SM Skating Academy and, from 2025, runs in partnership with the Philippine Skating Union. It offers three tracks, figure skating, speed skating and ice hockey, over eight weeks for Php 4,500, in group classes or one-on-one, guided by certified coaches.
At the academy's launch the union's president said the aim was to shape the next generation of Filipino athletes. The rink's own page also lists an SM Halloween Cup 2026 among its upcoming events.
