Jaycee Park has rinks and a warming house; Rosemount Area Hockey Association uses its rink 5:30 to 8:30 pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and shooting pucks or open hockey is allowed here.

The warming houses close when the temperature is -10 F or colder, the windchill is -20 F or below, snow has not yet been cleared from the rink, or warm weather leaves the rinks covered in water. Shooting pucks and open hockey are allowed only at the Bloomfield Park and Jaycee Park rinks.
