A 2001 rink off the 10 and 60, home to Empire Hockey

Center Ice Arena has served the Ontario community since 2001 and sits off the 10 and 60 freeways. The facility houses a single NHL-size sheet, 85 by 200 feet, and offers programs from public skating to figure skating to hockey teams and leagues. It is under common ownership with East West Ice Palace in Artesia.

The Empire Hockey Club, part of the Southern California and California Amateur Hockey Associations, calls the rink home, as does the Center Ice Adult Hockey League, which plays 16 games plus playoffs on Sundays. Most figure skaters here start in the Skating School and on the public sessions before moving to private coaching and freestyle ice.

The rink also hosts broomball, played like hockey but in sneakers with a broom stick instead of skates.
