The Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex – Orléans is a City of Ottawa multipurpose facility, formerly the Orléans Recreation Complex and renamed by the city for Bob MacQuarrie. Two ice sheets share the building with a six-lane swimming pool: the Elizabeth Manley Figure Skating Arena and the Roger Sénécal Arena.
The Elizabeth Manley rink is named for the skater who trained here and won the silver medal in women's figure skating at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics. The complex is home to the Gloucester Skating Club, which has served skaters since 1971, and to the Canadian Academy of Skating Arts, a program started by Canadian Hall of Fame coach Peter Dunfield. Manley returned to coach with the Gloucester club in 2007.
