Booking & check-in
Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your session and leave within 15 minutes after it ends. Stick & Puck/Ring is non-competitive practice split by age group: skates, gloves and a CSA-approved helmet are required, plus a full-face shield under 19, and players must stay in their own age group.
Children under 12 must be with an adult 18 or older, skaters 12 and under must wear a CSA-certified hockey helmet, and helmets are recommended for everyone. Skating aids are allowed at public skates but not provided, and babies must be secured in strollers.
Wheelchairs and strollers can go on the ice, staying near the boards around the edge; occupants over 12 months need a CSA-approved helmet and wheels must be free of sand and salt.
