A six-rink tournament centre at REAL District
The Co-operators Centre is a six-rink hockey facility designed for tournament play, with six regulation-size ice surfaces. It hosts local, regional, national and international competitions year-round in hockey, ringette, figure skating and broomball.
The University of Regina Cougars men's hockey team plays its home games here, as do the Regina Rifles, and the building is the home of minor hockey in Regina. All games of the CCHL Adult Hockey League, an affiliate of Canlan's Adult Safe Hockey League, are played here, and Peak Performance Hockey runs a 6,000-square-foot training facility on the second floor, between rinks 3 and 4.
In April 2010 the centre hosted the Esso Cup, Canada's national women's midget hockey championship, where the Thunder Bay Queens beat the Notre Dame Hounds 4–3 for their first title.
