Public skating at Humo Arena: the next 7 days

Currently out of season Humo Arena's own home page says the rink is closed for now: the ice is on its break and the arena will announce on social media and its site when skating resumes, so no sessions are shown here. Its last regular public-skating post (13 March 2026) gave Saturdays and Sundays 14:00 to 23:00. Checked 11 October 2026. Official schedule update

Central Asia's biggest hockey arena

Humo Arena, also called the Ice Dome Tashkent, is a multifunctional indoor arena that opened on 15 March 2019, two years after work began in February 2017 on the city's first indoor professional ice palace. With a capacity of 12,500 it is the biggest hockey arena in Central Asia and, in the CIS, second only to Minsk Arena.

The designers described the building as resembling the Humo bird, a symbol of happiness and freedom. Beyond hockey, the main bowl can be set up for basketball, volleyball, handball and futsal, and the complex also holds a sporting museum, gyms and a fitness centre.

In July 2024 Humo Arena took second place in an international contest of model sports facilities that drew 307 entries in eight categories; the criteria included architecture and interior design, functionality, accessibility for people with limited mobility and efficiency of operation. The arena marked its seventh anniversary in March 2026 and says it prepares the ice every day for hockey players and fans.
