Built in 1976 with an arena, a three-sheet curling club and a library upstairs, and a bull-wrapped Zamboni
The Paisley Community Centre was built in 1976. Its arena ice surface measures 75 by 175 feet, with five dressing rooms and a referee room, and the building is also home to the Paisley Curling Club, which has a three-sheet ice pad, a lounge, viewing areas and change rooms. The Paisley branch of the Bruce County Library is on the second floor.
In December 2024 Arran-Elderslie celebrated a round of upgrades at the centre. An accessible elevator now reaches the second floor, where the library moved into a renovated space and a refreshed community hall is available for bookings, and the Arran-Elderslie Ice Dogs and their competition have new rubberized flooring throughout the arena, including the washrooms.
The centre's Zamboni carries a one-of-a-kind bull wrap sponsored by the Bruce County Beef Farmers, which the municipality described as a fun nod to a rural village in the heart of cattle country.
