Geneva's two-rink arena and former Chicago Steel home

Fox Valley Ice Arena in Geneva has two rinks: an NHL-size sheet of 200 by 85 feet and an international-size sheet of 200 by 100 feet. The building also holds a full-service fitness center, concessions, an indoor golf simulator and Rookie's Pub & Grill.

Before the rink was renovated, it hosted home games for the Chicago Freeze, the Chicago Bluesmen of Roller Hockey International and the Chicago Hitmen. The USHL's Chicago Steel moved here in 2015 from the Edge Ice Arena in Bensenville, their home since 2000, and in 2025 announced they would leave for Blackhawks Ice Center, the Chicago Blackhawks' practice facility.

The arena also runs a family learn-to-skate class for households of at least two skaters of any age, and adult rat hockey for players 18 and over.
