Terwillegar's four-sheet community arena

The arenas are part of the Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre, which opened its doors on January 29, 2011, as the City of Edmonton's largest recreation facility in thirty years. The 185,139-square-foot building was designed as a social heart and gathering place for the surrounding community, and in 2024 council approved a ten-year sponsorship that renamed it the Booster Juice Recreation Centre through 2034.

Its four NHL-size hockey arenas were designed through a collaborative design-build process led by SAHURI. Rink 1 holds up to 710 spectators and the other three between 200 and 260 each, and the arenas come with dressing rooms, multi-purpose and tournament rooms, viewing areas on the main and second floors, and the Sharper Edge skate sharpening service.

The arenas are a regular stage for minor hockey, and in 2019 plans were announced to honour Edmonton's minor hockey week with a mural inside them.
