Changwon's 2009 sports-centre rink
Uichang Sports Center opened on 11 June 2009 as the Seobu Sports Center and took its present name on 17 November 2016. The ice rink lies two floors below ground and measures 30 by 61 metres. The building covers 3,889 square metres of a 9,916-square-metre site and rises from the second basement to the fourth floor, with 11,903 square metres of floor space.
Changwon Infrastructure Corporation runs it. Public skating is sold as a day ticket that allows three hours including resurfacing, with free helmets and skates in sizes from 180 to 300 millimetres. The time while the ice is resurfaced counts within those three hours.
The ice is open to public skaters from 10:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and to 17:00 on Saturdays and holidays; Sundays are not listed.
