Rosemont's rink shares a school sports complex and hosts minor hockey, ringette, broomball and figure skating
Aréna Père-Marquette is the ice rink of the sports complex at École Père-Marquette, a Montréal secondary school whose complex also includes four gymnasiums, a pool, a gymnastics hall and outdoor fields for baseball, basketball and soccer. The school itself was ravaged by fire on December 21, 2006, a blaze that started in its vocational-training wing, and its students returned when the rebuilt school opened in September 2008.
The arena is a multi-purpose installation dedicated to ice sports. Hockey, broomball, ringette and figure-skating associations book its ice, and two clubs are based here: the minor hockey leagues of Hockey mineur Rosemont–Petite-Patrie and the Club de patinage artistique de Rosemont. The arena also runs public skating and drop-in hockey sessions on its own ice.
