Tondiraba Ice Hall in Lasnamäe opened on 1 August 2014 as the first large building of the Tondiraba Sports Complex and is owned by the City of Tallinn. It combines a 5,840-seat main arena with three practice halls, one of them made for curling, in a building of 20,578 square metres.
The hall has hosted the 2018 European Curling Championships, the 2022 European Figure Skating Championships and IIHF world championship tournaments in 2019 and 2025, and has staged Finnish Liiga games. HC Vipers Tallinn play here, and the Estonian men's national ice hockey team has been a tenant since 2015.
Public skating runs in the practice halls and the main arena, and the hall's calendar separates open ice for everyone from open ice for figure skaters and open hockey for adults and for children.
